As an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”) of Konnector, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Konnector as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website and earn commission on subscriptions purchased by individuals referred to Konnector through your unique affiliate link or personal referrals.
By signing up for the Konnector Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
Definitions
- “Marketing Affiliate Program” means the Konnector affiliate program as described in this Agreement.
- “Affiliate Lead” means a customer prospect who clicks on the Affiliate Link made available to you via the Affiliate Tool.
- “Affiliate Link” means the unique tracking link you place on your site or promote through other channels.
- “Affiliate Policies” means the policies applicable to affiliates which Konnector may make available to you from time to time.
- “Affiliate Tool” means the tool made available to you upon your acceptance into the Affiliate Program, used to participate in and manage your affiliate activity.
- “Agreement” means this Marketing Affiliate Program Agreement and all materials referred or linked to herein.
- “Commission” means the amount described in the Affiliate Tool for each qualifying Customer Transaction.
- “Customer” means an authorized user of Konnector who has purchased a paid subscription after being referred by an Affiliate Lead.
- “Other Products” means all additional products and services offered by Konnector outside of its core subscription plans, including any add-ons, one-time purchases, or custom orders.
1. Affiliate Acceptance
Konnector reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application at its sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against Konnector for the rejection of your application.
2. Commission Eligibility
To be eligible for Commission, each of the following conditions must be met:
- An Affiliate Lead must be accepted and valid in accordance with the Commission Acceptance and Validity section
- A Customer Transaction must have occurred
- The Customer must remain active during any applicable locking period specified in the Affiliate Tool
You are not eligible to receive Commission if:
- Such compensation is disallowed or limited by applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- The transaction involves Other Products not covered under the standard commission structure
- The Customer has paid or will pay referral fees directly to you
- The Commission was obtained through fraudulent means, misuse of the Affiliate Link, violation of Affiliate Policies, or any other conduct Konnector deems to breach the spirit of the Program
- The referral is a self-referral — referrals of your own account or accounts belonging to your team members will not qualify for commission. Please contact our support team for team discounts.
Konnector will only attribute Affiliate Leads and Customer Transactions if the referred Customer registers via your unique Affiliate Link while you are actively enrolled in the Program.
Affiliate Lead attribution is limited to transactions occurring within thirty (30) days of the referred Customer’s registration date (“Attribution Window”). Transactions occurring after this window will not be eligible for Commission. Konnector does not backdate referrals or apply transactions for any period during which an Affiliate was inactive, suspended, or not participating in the Program.
In cases involving multiple affiliates, Konnector may, at its sole discretion, award Commission to the affiliate deemed most eligible. Konnector may discontinue Commission payments if any eligibility criteria fail to be met at any time.
3. Commission Acceptance and Validity
You will only be eligible for Commission on Customer Transactions that originate from valid Affiliate Leads generated through your assigned Affiliate Link.
An Affiliate Lead is considered valid and accepted if:
- It represents a new potential customer of Konnector
- It is fully compliant with the rules of the Affiliate Program
4. Commission Structure
Konnector offers the following recurring commission rates based on the subscription plan purchased by your referred customer:
- Monthly Subscription — 20% recurring commission
- Half-Yearly Subscription — 25% recurring commission
- Annual Subscription — 30% recurring commission
Commissions are recurring and will be paid for each renewal period as long as the referred customer remains an active subscriber and your affiliate account remains in good standing.
5. Payments
All payments will be automatically issued in regular monthly payouts to your preferred payment method. There is no minimum payout threshold.
Payments are only issued for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
6. Termination
Your affiliate status may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate or misleading advertisements (false claims, deceptive hyperlinks, etc.)
- Aggressive spamming (mass emailing, mass posting, etc.)
- Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship as required by applicable advertising guidelines or regulations
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspected affiliate fraud
Konnector, at its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account and refuse current or future use of the Affiliate Program at any time, for any reason. Termination will result in deactivation of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise prohibited activity.
If an Affiliate account shows no activity for twelve (12) consecutive months, Konnector may deactivate the account. Activity includes generating referrals, traffic, or commissions. Deactivated accounts may be reactivated upon request at Konnector’s discretion.
Konnector and its authorized representatives reserve the right to amend or update these termination terms at any time without prior notice.
7. Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links on your website, in emails, and across online or offline channels including social media, blogs, magazines, and newsletters.
You may use marketing materials provided by Konnector or create your own, provided they comply with the terms of this Agreement and are not misleading.
Paid advertising for Konnector through any third-party ad network is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all outstanding commissions.
8. Term of the Agreement
This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and remains in effect until your Affiliate account is terminated.
Konnector may modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your Affiliate account. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
