Cancellations:
- You can cancel your Konnector subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and your inbox and emails are never affected.
- Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try Konnector on your real inbox before you are charged.
- For help with a cancellation, contact our support team at support@konnector.ai with your account email and order details.
Refunds:
- You may request a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Renewal charges and billing periods already used are non-refundable.
Please note that Konnector.ai reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, breach of terms, or service abuse.
