As a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, Konnector.ai does not sell physical products and therefore does not ship anything. Our delivery policy explains how you get access to the Konnector AI email assistant.
Digital Delivery:
- Konnector is delivered entirely online. Your account is active as soon as you sign up at app.konnector.ai, and every new account starts with a 14-day free trial.
- To start using Konnector, connect your Gmail or Outlook inbox by signing in with Google or Microsoft. Setup takes about 30 seconds, and there is nothing to download or install.
- When you upgrade to a paid plan, access continues without interruption once your payment is confirmed. Your invoice and payment confirmation are sent to the email address registered with your account.
Access & Support:
- Your plan, billing details, and connected inboxes are always available in your account settings.
- If you cannot access your account or your payment is not reflected, please contact our support team at support@konnector.ai and we will help right away.
- We are committed to giving every user reliable, uninterrupted access to Konnector.
