Renewal and Billing
- How am I billed?
Konnector is billed per sender on a recurring subscription. Your current plan and billing cycle are shown in your account settings.
- What happens when my free trial ends?
When your trial ends, Konnector stops drafting new replies unless you upgrade to a paid subscription. Your inbox and existing emails are never affected.
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. See our Cancellation and Refund policy for details.
Getting Started
- Which email providers does Konnector work with?
Konnector works inside Gmail and Outlook. There is no new email client to learn and nothing to migrate.
- How do I connect my inbox?
Sign in with Google or Microsoft. It takes about 30 seconds using secure OAuth, with no forwarding rules or passwords shared.
- Which devices and browsers are supported?
Konnector works on Chrome, Safari, and Arc, and on iOS and Android, because your drafts live inside your existing inbox.
AI Drafting and Your Voice
- How does Konnector draft my replies?
The moment an email arrives, Konnector reads the full thread, not just the latest message, and writes a reply in your voice. When you open Gmail or Outlook, the draft is already waiting in the reply box.
- How does Konnector learn to write like me?
Konnector learns from your recent sent emails (around 500) and picks up your length, tone, phrasing, and sign-offs. Within a day, its drafts read like you wrote them.
- Does Konnector send emails without my approval?
No. Konnector drafts replies for you to review, edit, and send. Nothing leaves your account without your approval unless you choose to let it handle a category of email automatically.
- Can I edit the drafts?
Yes. Every draft is a normal draft in your inbox. Tweak a word or rewrite it completely, then hit send.
