Cancellations:
- You may cancel your subscription or service order within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided no significant customization, onboarding, or development work has been performed.
- To request a cancellation, contact our support team at support@konnector.ai with your order details.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued only if cancellation is requested within the valid cancellation window and no substantial service has been delivered.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Non-refundable items include setup fees, one-time custom development costs, and charges for services already rendered.
Please note that Konnector.ai reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, breach of terms, or service abuse.
